A non-refundable, non-transferable $50 security deposit is required to reserve your booking date and time.
Invitations are provided only once the deposit has been received.
All parties are 2 hours.  An extra half-hour can be reserved for a fee of $35.  An extra hour can also be reserved only on the last party of the day for a fee of $70 per hour.
An on-site fridge and freezer are available for cake or ice cream.
Balloons or party favours are allowed however please refrain from bringing the noisy party blowers. Paper roll-out blowers are okay to bring. Pinatas are not allowed. ALL party favours, toys, balloons etc MUST remain in the party room.
No substitutions or discounts for any un-used party package items.
In order to correctly assign party rooms according to party size, please advise us of the number of children attending at least 3 days prior to your scheduled booking.  Party rooms are scheduled according to the number of children attending the party – not adults.
If providing your own food, please – no peanut or nut products allowed!  An on-site fridge and freezer are available for cake or ice cream
Shared parties – facility is shared with any Public Play patrons attending
Semi-private – facility is shared only with other birthday parties (not open to the public)
   
  Reminders:
SOCKS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL – CHILDREN AND PARENTS, PLEASE!!  
Hosting parents are responsible for supervising all children and guests attending a birthday party.
Pinatas are not allowed.  All party favours, balloons, etc MUST remain in the party room.
All food and drinks are to remain in the party room at all times.
Any decorations brought in must also remain in the party room at all times (balloons, party hats, loot bag items, etc).
After eating, children MUST wash their hands and face before returning to play.
Decorations provided by Kidtastic are to remain on site once the party has ended.
Please ensure the room is empty of all personal belongings 10 minutes after your designated party end time.
Any guests still waiting to be picked up 15 minutes after the designated end time should wait in the gated entrance.
Any parties still in the play area or party room later than 15 minutes past their designated end time will incur an extra $35 charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.
 
Birthday Party Times:
Monday and Tuesday:
11:00 am to 3:00 pm (last party starting at 1pm)
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
11:00 am to 7:30 pm (last party starting at 5:00pm)
Saturday and Sunday, shared:
10:00 am to 2:00 pm (last party starting at 12:00pm)
Saturday, semi-private:
2:00 pm to 8:00 pm (last party starting at 6:00pm)
Sunday, semi-private:
2:00pm to 6:00pm (last party starting at 4:00pm)
